TERMS OF SERVICE
Payments, Policies, and Workflows

✷ Payments accepted : QRIS [ Blu BCA ] / GOPAY for indonesian client & PAYPAL / Vgen Payment for international client ( preferably commission me on Vgen ).✷Preferably a full payment upfront (or down payment if price exceeds 400k IDR / 50 USD for commission outside Vgen only).✷ Non-refundable unless the Artist fail to deliver past due deadline which is 1 (one) month since the request has been made without prior notice.✷ The commission artwork(s) default size will be A4 paper canvas 350 dpi unless theres specific request✷ [ Non Vgen Client ] The finished artwork(s) will be sent in google drive link✷ [ Non Vgen client ] the commission rates are only for personal use, For monetized / commercial purpose artworks, will be charge an extra fee (+50% for Monetized & 150% for commercial )
✷ I have the rights to post the finished artwork(s) in social platforms ( NDA will be charge extra fee )✷ Please credit me upon the first time you post the commission work (in social platforms, etc.)✷ Editing, selling, reproducing, turning it into NFT (Non-Fungible Token), using the artwork(s) to train AI and monetizing are prohibited.This includes: train my art into AI prompts, chatGPT, Firefly, Grok, SORA AI, or any AI tools. This applies to past, present, and future commissions from me
Usual working time to finish an illustration may vary between 7-20 business days depending on complexity, revision, and queue.

during the rough sketch phase until the finished artwork, client may have 3 revisions max ( up to 2 major revisions during rough sketch and the rest are only accept minor revisions )gave me a detail references would be appreciated and helped me to minimalize the miscommunication and revision ! :)
